Concierge, or BHC), are experts at diagnosing mental health conditions
and identifying thoughts, behaviors, and strong emotions that can contribute

On-site Support and Counseling Available in Select Locations
In partnership with Optum and Lyra, counselors are available at certain
locations to help support caregivers. All caregivers in the region are
welcome to take advantage of this service.
As providers, your focus is usually on those we care for, and we can sometimes
forget to focus on our own mental wellness. Whether it is counseling to
help you cope with stress, balancing home and work life, the importance
of physical exercise, or something larger, there are resources to support you 24/7.
The self-care tools will teach you new skills based on validated behavioral
health approaches, provide opportunities for practice, and keep you motivated
any time, any place.
