When people from different backgrounds engage in a diversity of traditions, whether it be public celebrations or unique family events, we encourage you to recall and embrace what matters most to you and what reminds you of what is good and gives you hope. Take a minute to remember, to notice, and to delight in those memories, those events, those moments. And even if that moment is tinged with sadness, may that moment still be surrounded by the love for what you grieve. The spiritual health team is here to support during this season.
