A Good Way to Enhance My Activity
This avenue has allowed me to be accountable for the activity I do on a daily basis. I recently completed the Hood To Coast, sponsored by Providence Health, and my daily running logs along with my other physical activities helped me be accountable for my training. Having the daily incentives adds to an already beneficial program. I can see my kettlebell workouts, my daily running and swimming and this allows me to log my weekend runs and workouts. This has benefitted me since the beginning because I most likely would never have written down all that I do on a daily basis. I have toned my body, strengthen and added to my overall endurance and this Choose Well has been a good way to enhance my activity.
