Big Accomplishment

As a goal to better focus on myself, this past year I took small steps on ensuring that happens. Setting “Me” time aside once a month for an hour turned into bi-weekly then weekly 2 hours shopping or out with girlfriends. Now I not only get time for myself but it’s also getting back in shape by working out at the gym 4 times a week. It’s such a good feeling to have a balance in life with family, myself and work now. I was really starting to get burned out. I can now run 3 miles, where I couldn’t even do 2 minutes. A big accomplishment for me.
