Hello truthfully at first I thought this was going to be a pain as far as how much you had to do and the work you had to put into it but surprisingly it’s cool that you can sync your phone to this Virgin pulse app and track steps without an iPhone or fit bit and it gets you more motivated and it gives you great tips on how you can stay healthy. I would say my biggest change with my battle with losing weight is drinking a lot more water and being more accountable for everything meaning the way I eat how much exercise I put in during the day, etc. That is also another thing that Is an accomplishment is eating and cooking healthy meals for myself, staying away from sugar starch flour is a good thing, hard but good! Please be encouraged to be the best that you can be, I kind of look forward to seeing what the different categories on the app have in store for me each day, the tips and how many steps I’ll be accountable for that day.
