Focus On My Mental Health
Choose Well really helped me focus on my mental health. Gave me reminders each day to meditate, or just breathe. I was struggling with a load of stress, especially in the workplace. Having something there to remind me to focus on myself really helped and now I have made it a habit to remove myself (mentally or physically) to bring me back to the ground when I start stressing. I can take a walk, take some deep breaths or just focus on the calm music I have playing for a second to re-ground me. Its a great idea to make people work on themselves.
