Focusing on myself

Taking care of me. I've always done for people. Especially my children. But as I get older I realize that I can't always be there. I get anxiety attacks trying to figure out how to help them. So for 2023 I'm going to focus on myself and raising my 13 year old. I'll do what I can but I can't help everyone. My health and mental health I need. Thanks for reading
