Focusing on personal and spiritual growth

After raising children for the last 22 years, I have found myself as an empty nester. Can I tell you... I had no idea how little I had prioritized myself over the years. I am certainly grateful for all of the school programs, reading logs, sports games... but y'all, this mom was tired. I am now listening to my body, resting when needed, and focusing on personal and spiritual growth. I was uncertain about this transition period of my life but taking care of myself was more needed than I knew. My gratitude for this season is overwhelming!
