Found My Home
- Location: Eureka,

I started as med-surg nurse a little over 3 years ago. I was not prepared for loss and feeling of inadequacy that comes from not being able to give people the care you want to. I had not been a nurse long when the pandemic hit and I was forced to "grow up" very fast. I was lucky to have a wonderful team that was very supportive, but it caused me to burn out quickly. I found that my anxiety would not allow me to return too med-surg after having my first child, but I am happy to say that I have found my home on an impatient rehab floor. My advise is to find your home.
