Choose Well is a tool that has been very helpful for me in the past. I stopped using it for a while because of family issues. I really noticed the difference when I wasn't using Choose Well faithfully. I'm proud to say I'm back using Choose Well and feeling much better. The challenges and accountability are getting me back in shape, slowly, but surely.
