Getting to know me again

Having my last 2 kids graduate from high school and now started college has been so challenging for me. My life has revolved around my kids from the moment i am work till the time i go to Sleep. They have both been in sports, music, and I have been a part of it all from coaching to school board. No that my kids are in college it has been so hard for me to do things on my own and just for me. Wit so much time on my hands now i am learning how to take care of me and feel ok to do things for me. I enrolled back in school and now the gym and I have to say that it really feels good to get to know me again.
