Travel nurse for years, decided to land myself permanently in Washington. While getting out of my comfort zone and routine is important for my skillset, it is a detriment to your health. That is why weightlifting and hiking has always remained my constant. Your body craves routine - establishing a habit that's just for you, no one else, gives a sense of accomplishment, discipline, and stress relief. Work hard, but give yourself "me time." Life isn't that serious. Don't let it wear on ya.
