Good Teams and Work Families are Treasures

My third job in the behavioral health field was at PCCA in the 90's. It was one of the best jobs of my career, and I worked with some of the best people. Swing shift had an amazing team. After that, I've moved around, maybe a little too much, and ended up working at another Providence, in Portland. Portland Prov Behavioral Health was another job with an amazing team that very much became like a work family. We did a lot of things together on days off. Good teams and work families are really treasures, actually. So working on swing shift here on the Adult Unit, feels full circle to me. And the staff have been more than welcoming, more than helpful. Patient, too. That's my story and I'm stickin' to it.
