Health Is Back on Track

Choose Well has got me looking at my health from a whole new perspective. I never EVER used to track the things I do, the things I eat. I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism, which has caused me to become more fatigued, gain weight and hair loss. With the help of medication, I feel like my health is back on track, and I am confident that Choose Well will help me reach my health goals, improving my overall wellbeing and regain my sense of self.
