I Am Now Cancer-Free!

Two years ago March, I was diagnosed with invasive ductal cell carcinoma of the right breast. This was a very scary and trying time for Me, My Family, and My work. I spent the next six plus months doing surgeries, chemo, radiation, and countless doctors appointments. During this hectic time, I continued to work and care for my family. In May of 2015, during my chemo treatment, I discovered Choose Well. This tool was an absolute necessity in my every day life. It kept me on track with my water intake, my nutrition, weight management and so much more. My coworkers and I love to challenge each other weekly. Thanks partly to Choose Well I am now cancer-free!! I have just started to work towards loosing my post chemo weight gain. I'm glad I have this program to keep me on track! Thank you Saint Joseph's Health Systems and Choose Well!!
