I Get My 10,000 Step in a Day
I was naturally fit so I did not work out very often previously. Choose Well along with my fit bit has encouraged me to make sure I get my 10,000 step in a day. I have also joined class pass and kept trying different classes until I found one that I really enjoy. Once I found a class I enjoyed, Pilates, it made it much easier for me to motivate myself to go. I have also encouraged my friends to join and now we motivate each other to take more classes.
