I Have Made a Change for the Better
I have seen an increase in the motivation I have for getting myself in shape. I work out more and feel the energy surge the entire day. I participated in an intense workout class for an hour this week. It was exhilarating to know that I could keep up with people in the class that was in better shape than myself. I love that I can track my steps and the programs that this app has to offer. The articles on mental health have opened up my mind as well. I have made a change for the better.
