I Have Now Lost 15 Pounds

I have always struggled with my weight growing up and throughout high school and college. I recently hit my heaviest weight and decided for the sake of my health in the long run I needed to do somethin about it. I began to portion out my food as well as watch what I eat. I joined a gym and started consistently going multiple days a week. I have now lost 15 pounds and have started to see improvement not only in my mental health but my physical health as well! I highly recommend taking steps to achieve better health.
