I Have Realized How Easy It Is to Slip

I never thought much of keeping track of the things that I do to stay healthy or try to stay on track but since the tracking, I have realized how easy it is to slip. I don't eat fast food but sometimes life seems too busy to cook so I have started making larger meals and freezing extra's so that I can eat healthy even on the nights I don't have time or don't feel like cooking. I also have started packing my lunches at night to allow for more rest and a less stressful morning in my attempt to get out the door for work.
