I Love Tracking My Sleep
I love tracking my sleep to see how much it has improved! I used to sleep 5-6 hours a night. I cut way back on caffeine and sugar, drink chamomile tea instead, do a good sleep routine--dimming the lights, using flux on a computer screen, and generally stay off of it. I also always take the stairs, do stealth exercises (like pelvic floor lifting) while in line, charting, or waiting.
