I’m going to be 62 in about a month and feel like I’m 40!

I have made the step forward to increase my exercise and set up 4 days a week 45-60 minutes for cardiac health. I have also stopped alcohol, wine, soft drinks, sugar free drinks, all coffee, only green tea, lemonade and water. I drink more and has helped my kidney functions and my migraines. I also have lost 5 pounds in the last week and feel more energetic. I also have started on CPAP at night and think is going to make a difference too. I’m going to be 62 in about a month and feel like I’m 40!
