I Now Have a New Plan

Last March, after my health care provider visit, I decided it was time to change. I started Keto and have lost 40 lbs. Unfortunately, I have been stalled since Sept 2018. Last week, I saw my Dr. and a weight loss Dr. I now have a new plan that includes meds and a meal plan. I also made the goal of hiking once a week with a minimum of 8 miles a hike.
