I Started Choose Well 2018 Before Christmas
I started Choose Well 2018 before Christmas and it was hard to get into the swing of things during a holiday. January 1st I decided to take this task seriously. I have been logging my food, sleep, and exercise and have noticed a change already. Over the last year, I gained 20 pounds and most of that weight was put on since August. Over the last three weeks, I have already lost 5 lbs, have more energy, and am excited to share with others. I talk to my colleagues about the program and all the many benefits.
