I Started Walking in 2017
Choose Well programs encouraged me to make small changes that became habits that eventually became part of my lifestyle. I started walking in 2017 to improve my heart health and lower my blood pressure, which in turn prompted me to drink more water, which lead to eating a healthier breakfast. You see where this is going, right? Some of my health choices ebb and flow from month to month, but those first 3 changes are still in place to this day and have made a world of difference in my overall physical and mental wellbeing.
