I Struggle but Keep Going

I grew up in a home environment when is was mentally and physically abusive . I did not take very good care of myself thus allowing myself to get big when I was a young child and I got bullied in school thus after many years of being bullied I developed some eating issues and lost a lot of weight with diet and exercise and now I still very much struggle with myself image among many other things.
