I’ve Never Had a Yearly “Check Up”

As you may already know, most health care workers do not see a doctor on a regular basis. I was one of those people to the extreme. I’ve never had a yearly “check-up”. I had only seen my OBGYN with my two pregnancies! But last year I wanted my points! Dang, it! So I went for a yearly check-up. It wasn’t bad at all and now I know all my labs, BP, weight, etc. No more ignorance, thanks to some pushing from Virgin Pulse.
