I Was Diagnosed With Diabetes

I was diagnosed with Diabetes in my 50’s. Six of my siblings has the disease and me being the youngest among the six promised myself I’m not going to succumb to this disease. Choose well has helped me a lot in encouraging me to reverse diabetes. I followed my diet and exercise to the best of my ability. My doctor after six months of having hemoglobin A1c of 5.7 x 2 tests took me off metformin. Now I’m free from medications and more encouraged to do my Choose Well regimen and meet my goal of having a healthy life. I’ve conquered Diabetes thank you, Lord.
