Learning More About Your Health

While being with the Choose Well program, I have been encouraged to move more and learned how very important sleep is for my brain and emotional health. I am more aware of the time I am spending to care for myself which was not very much and now I take some time to slow down and be in the moment. I am also encouraging my family and friends to take care of themselves too by learning more about their health and to continue to learn and read every day.
