Learning to Care for Myself
- Location: Portland,

I have always been a caregiver. Whether it was to animals, my parents, friends, siblings, or total strangers, I have always been the one to reach out. Now I am learning how to care for myself as well. I am a wife, a mom, a friend, a neurodivergent human being, an activist, I work full time as a client service specialist, and am actively building a career as a voice over actor and role playing game master. I have a lot of hats that I wear every day, and I am learning how to balance each of them in turn.
