Led to a New Way of Approaching Food

I was diagnosed with asthma as an adult, and had other new symptoms. I enrolled in the 5-week TQI diet course to learn about anti-inflammatory eating. This led to a new way of approaching food, including dropping all sugar/sweeteners, including 2/3 vegetables or fruit with every meal or snack, and avoiding foods that trigger me. Not only did my symptoms go away, I also lost 30 lbs down to my ideal weight and have kept it off for 2 years—which wasn’t even my goal. I’m feeling much better.
