Losing Weight and Feeling Better
Well after my A1C was up to 7.6 I hopped into an aerobic water exercise, started walking a lot, prepared my meal and, learned to say no to too many specialty coffees and all the sweets that the staff were bringing in to work. I discipline myself and doing much better and starting to lose some weight and feeling better. My goal is to get off my Medformin and lisinopril and stick with exercise and healthy food.
