More Sustained Energy
Using 5,4,3,2,1,go to walk daily. I have a Fitbit that I didn't put a lot of faith in it motivating me to get my steps in. If I don't get my 7000 steps in for the day, I walk around the house until I do. Using our back pasture as a walking track, my husband and I have a path mowed. He walks with me which helps us both. Making better food choices, and eating meals regularly. I have found I have more sustained energy, am completing tasks and feel better overall.
