My Weight Loss Journey

At 36 I am currently at my highest weight I have ever been, in recent years I have explored the option for bariatric surgery but never really made the decision to proceed with the process until recently. Life happens and my work schedule makes it easy to always grab something quick which is usually not the healthiest of options. I have decided to get gastric sleeve surgery to help with my weight loss journey. I am finally ready to commit to the total lifestyle change that it requires and start living my life fully! I am tired of my self esteem being at jeopardy, I purposely avoid taking photos because I am not comfortable with how I look. It is time for me to make the change and I can not wait for what is in store for me on the journey.
