Never give up

I have always worked out ran many races 10Ks, Half Marathon’s, 1full Marathon, 3 Tri-Athlons, Hood to Cost 10years , gym 5days a week. Not fast or slow just stubborn and determined to finish. Unfortunately I was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer April of 2022 I went through weekly chemo treatments a double mastectomy 4 more rounds of stronger chemotherapy then 20 rounds of radiation and now 14 rounds of treatment. My last treatment will be this Nov. 8th. I continued to work out this entire time not as intense but I never stopped apparently my app was not set up with my new IPhone since February of 2023 so my activity tracker is WAY off but my point in all this never give up. Working out helps me deal mentally.
