After 22 years in critical care I walked away from a job that was my entire identity . I walked away in tears . Covid Awake ECMO program destroyed my soul. I left feeling like I had worked in a job that felt like I had worked in Auschwitz. So many young Spanish speaking men kept in seclusion, little to no interpreter services subject to the many trials of “cure” for a pandemic . I would share more but I’m sure I would be sued or loose my current job, or license
