After years of being overweight and many many failed weightloss prgrams I finally found the courage to seek more help, I consulted with my pcp and she referred me to Providence Bariatric Surgery center. I was a little hesitant at first and found myself telling myself "if you dont lose 40lbs by a certain date, then have the surgery" So i stayed with that mindset. I am 4 months postop and have lost almost 50 lbs. I have found more energy, my confidence level has gone up, I feel beautful....my depression and anxiety has also decreased! I found myself!
