hey guys! I've recently realized that there are many facets to mental health and how to improve it. while mine has struggled for as long as I can remember, I'm trying many different things to get it to where i can function properly. therapy has always been my friend and I'm still loving it. medication is new for me and right now I'm still in the trial period but it has been the worst. physical activity is my newest addition, wish me luck!
