pre-pandemic I worked long hours with little time for anything else. Like the rest of us I worked in the medical field during the pandemic and found that I struggled with the way the world changed. I am happy to have a place I can seek help for these feelings. This wellness program makes it easier and most importantly accessible/acceptable for me to seek help.
