Every night before falling asleep I sip a cup of tea and listen to a 15-minute meditation with bob proctor about abundance. I feel having the right mind before going to sleep will help you stay in the right mind the following day. A pick a few messages to stay with me throughout the day. "What you hold in your head you can hold in your hand." "You will go fast and calm down." I feel the more I do this the more I am able to shift my paradigm towards abundance. I feel that I am beginning give more to myself and to more to everyone I encounter. Find what works for you, make it a habit and it will change your world around you.
