I was at my healthiest during 2020, stuck inside with all the restaurant's in town closed, we started to cook more often and do home workouts to keep ourselves entertained. I was in the best shape of my life. Then things started to open back up, we got new jobs as we had lost the ones we had before the pandemic, and the downward spiral started again. Eating out, skipping workouts, drinking sodas. I gained all the weight I worked so hard to lose. I am tired of feeling so gross all the time, the eating out and the junk food really make me feel ill, So today is day 5 of cutting all the bad stuff out. I am trying to eat only whole foods, meat and veggies and fruits. It really tough but I am already feeling less bloated and run down. Now I am just struggling to keep up with cooking and dishes, but we can't have everything can we?
