New Patient Story

An unexpected injury last summer turned my world as i knew it upside down. An active, busy lifestyle was seriously altered, slowed and eventually came to a standstill due to worsening immobility. This challenged everything part of my world; work, family, friends, community, fitness. IMy attitude was getting more negative as the days wore on. Choose Well Journey steps provided me a daily (or near daily), time to focus on methods of thinking, relaxing, breathing which helped me handle the most difficult days providing words of support, and kindness up until surgery day arrived. I am grateful to have had the tools available to me and that i took the opportunity to use them!
