I couldn't seem to lose the latter half of my weight loss until i finally decided to give up my diet and flavored water drinks. I was drinking at least two or three a day combined. Within a week i noticed the difference in my body's function and appearance! I didn't even really miss them either. But not only did i lose a lot of body fat in my mid-section, my pulled muscles I have had for years have cleared up!! It's been two months now and I still continue to lose body fat and all I have done was eliminate those drinks! Sure, I still have a soda every other weekend and have put more thought into my food choices. But I know it was those non caloric drinks I was drinking so much of that have truly made the difference!
