My weight journey has always been a yo-yo of up and downs. A year ago I was at my highest and started a walking journal where I went for a walk to a new location and would write down where and how far. This started close to home with “walked to neighbor Sue’s house” and yesterday I walked 10 miles to the bridge and back. Everyday I discover a new location and add important steps to my day.
