Positive Roll Model for My Children and Husband

Choose well has really encouraged me to stay active by providing the step counter and giving the daily cards. I really do read them and try to put them in my daily routine if possible. Working for this organization that provides this program for our well being is just amazing and makes me proud to work here! Also staying active and healthy helps me put that positive roll model for my children and husband, really moderates them to stay active and healthy as well!
