Proud of This Accomplishment

I changed my life 7 years ago with quitting smoking. It has changed my life for the better. I am not walking around smelling like a cigarette and neither are my children, who are my inspiration. They asked me for years to quit. I had to do it for me. So, I planned it for a day I chose at about 11:30pm I smoked my last cigarette. That was 7years ago. My children were so proud that I did it for me. I haven't even attempted to cheat. I am very proud of this accomplishment in my life that forever changed me.
