Experiencing continued workplace harassment by surgeons for almost 2 decades put an emotional and mental burden in my well-being. Developed anxiety, depression and feeling hopeless about workplace. One day, I made a conscious decision to reach out through LYRA, I was not expecting much in the beginning but as my sessions progress, the therapy skills I learned help me lessen my anxiety and depression towards verbally/physically abusive surgeons.
