I like the small suggestions on living a better life and being well balanced, not just on the physical aspect of health. Having taken the challenge just to hold a door for someone, smile as you pass someone in the hall. Volunteering to help in the community, having a walking meeting are all areas that have helped me to really think about what is important to me and at the same time helping others. To really take a look at your life and see how you can improve it and at the same time help others feel loved. Small steps that are easy to incorporate in everyday life make it possible to change the way you live.
