Taking Our Own Advice
Many of us are direct healthcare workers and "know" all the right things to do in order to achieve a state of well-being. However, we often don't take our own advice, as putting others tends to come first. The choose well app/program provides routine reminders to care for ourselves- in ways we may not be mindful of. Well-being isn't just a "physical" state of being. Well-being is to also address the mental, financial, and environmental issues we face. Routine and consistency to improve over-all well-being can be challenging initially, but at least we are starting :)
