Therapy has made such a difference.
- Location: Sherwood,

I have always been very strong, capable and resilient. Life has handed me so many blessings, but many difficulties as well. I have been able to successfully manage all of them and help others along the way. And then came the pandemic and working from home. It brought me to a place of having to admit the reality of needing help with mental wellness amidst isolation, unforetold changes and a very angry culture. I was blessed to find a perfect therapy fit the first go round. Before all of this I would have rejected any thought that I would need therapy to tend to my mental wellness, but now I am a happy recipient. It takes strength to face your need and accept help. And, therapy is good...even if you are very self sufficient and emotionally intelligent. Therapy has made such a difference for me in all aspects of my life.
