Vegan for 3 Years Now

I have been Vegan for over 3 years now. I am extremely proud of myself for starting and continuing this lifestyle. Not only is this helping the environment but it helps in stopping the suffering of many animals. I have educated myself and my family on how we can live our lives healthy without consuming or using animals products in our lives. The environment and the animals need our help, Any amount helps.
